1. Unlimited Revisions
1.1 Revision Entitlement:
Every order includes unlimited revisions within 7 days of content delivery. Revisions must be based on the original project requirements and specifications provided in your order.
Scope: Revisions address formatting, tone adjustments, factual corrections, keyword integration, and structural changes aligned with the original brief.
1.2 Revision Timeline:
- Standard Revisions: Completed within 24-48 hours of request
- Major Revisions: Completed within 48-72 hours for substantial changes
- Multiple Revision Rounds: No limit on number of revision cycles within 7-day window
Revision Limitations
Revisions do not cover: New content topics outside the original brief • Expanded word count beyond agreed scope • Complete content rewrites due to changed requirements • AI detection avoidance (all content is AI-generated with transparency)
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:
- Content does not match the agreed-upon specifications after 3 revision attempts
- Delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeline by more than 48 hours without prior notification
- Content contains significant factual errors that remain uncorrected after 2 revision rounds
- Technical errors prevent content delivery (file corruption, system failure)
- Service quality is substantially below the professional standards outlined in our Terms of Service
You ARE NOT Eligible for a Refund If:
- You change project requirements after work has begun
- You provide incomplete, inaccurate, or contradictory project briefs
- Content meets all specifications but doesn't align with subjective preferences not outlined in the brief
- You've already published, distributed, or commercially used the content
- Request is made more than 48 hours after content delivery (urgent cases) or more than 7 days after delivery (standard cases)
- You request a refund due to AI detection concerns (we disclose AI-generated content upfront)
- You refuse to participate in the revision process before requesting a refund
- Content violates your institution's academic integrity policies due to your misuse (see Academic Use Policy)
Good Faith Requirement: All refund requests must be made in good faith with clear documentation of issues. Fraudulent refund attempts may result in account termination and legal action.
3. How to Request a Refund
Submit Request
Email hello@contentsaurus.com with subject line "Refund Request - Order #[Number]". Include: Order number, specific concerns, documentation of issues, and confirmation that revisions were unsatisfactory.
Review Period
Our team will review your request within 24 hours. We may request additional information or clarification during this period.
Resolution Options
We will offer: (a) Final revision attempt by senior content specialist, (b) Full refund if eligibility criteria are met, or (c) Partial refund for partially unsatisfactory work.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation via email once processed.
Average Resolution Time: 95% of refund requests are resolved within 48 hours of submission. Complex cases may require up to 5 business days.

Once a refund is approved, processing times vary by payment method:
Paddle Payment Processing

5. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before content delivery. Refund amounts depend on order status:
Before Work Begins
Full refund if you cancel before we start working on your content. Typically within 2 hours of order placement.
Work in Progress (0-50% Complete)
50% refund if work has started but is less than halfway complete. Determined by our project tracking system.
Work Completed or Delivered
No refund for cancellations after content is 50%+ complete or delivered. Unlimited revisions remain available.
How to Cancel: Email hello@contentsaurus.com with subject "Cancel Order #[Number]" or use the cancellation button in your order dashboard. You will receive immediate confirmation of your cancellation request.
6. Partial Refund Situations
Partial refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:
- Multi-Item Orders: If only some deliverables are unsatisfactory, refund applies only to those items
- Partially Completed Work: Refund proportional to incomplete portion (e.g., 3 of 5 blog posts delivered = 40% refund)
- Quality Discrepancies: If work quality is below but not substantially below standards, partial refund at our discretion
- Late Delivery: 10-25% discount on future orders for delays under 48 hours (not severe enough for full refund)
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
